Marvin Kloss
CEO/Founder
Marvin was born in Frankfurt, Germany, and is a former Division I All-American and professional football player. After his career ended due to back injuries, he worked as a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch in Tampa, specializing in high-net-worth athletes, agents, and coaches.
In early 2019, following another back surgery, Marvin struggled to access his prescribed medication and was forced to take multiple Uber rides just to visit the pharmacy. Frustrated by the lack of innovation in the pharmacy industry, he founded MEDZOOMER. In August 2019, Marvin left corporate America to pursue his entrepreneurial vision and provide on-demand access to prescriptions.
Mark Hammonds
Chief Technology Officer
Mark Hammonds is the Chief Technology Officer of MEDZOOMER with nearly 20 years of experience building and leading complex software systems across government and enterprise environments. He brings deep expertise in software architecture, cybersecurity, and applied AI, including work as a core contributor to the Department of Defense’s Project Maven.
Before MEDZOOMER, Mark founded and led Bitmotive, LLC for over a decade, delivering custom software and cloud solutions for enterprise, government, and nonprofit clients. He holds a degree in Computer Networking & Security from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
Ilirian Ameti
Chief Financial Officer
Ilirian Ameti is a Managing Partner at Profitability Partners with over seven years of experience in private equity and corporate finance. He has served as a fractional CFO for more than 16 companies across multiple industries, overseeing $48.2M in assets under management and supporting annual revenues exceeding $27M.
Ilirian has helped raise over $12M in debt and equity capital and driven triple-digit revenue growth for several clients. Previously, he held finance roles at LMM Capital, Third Lake Capital, Amazon, and Robert W. Baird. He earned his BBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, graduating with honors.
Justin Erro
VP of Growth
Justin brings over nine years of experience driving revenue growth and enterprise partnerships across healthcare and technology. As Vice President of Sales at MEDZOOMER, he leads national expansion by building strategic relationships with pharmacy partners, health systems, and enterprise clients.
Prior to MEDZOOMER, Justin held leadership roles at NimbleRx, PrescribeWellness, and KoaHealth, where he supported retail partnerships and enterprise software deployments. His expertise includes go-to-market strategy, complex deal execution, and scaling sales operations in regulated healthcare environments.
